I have had the privilege of spending nearly 17 years of my life with Jose Heberto Gutierrez Castro and his wife Veronica Dominguez. Jose “Eddy” my brother in spirit and love, personally cares for me, while living in one of three of his homes in Ejido Ursulo Galvan, Ensenada, B. C. Mexico, over looking the Ocean.

Eddy’s integrity is equal to my own and he is a credit to not only is countrymen and women, but his dear departed mother, a Doctor in her own right when Jose was growing up in Chuwawa, Mexico during which time Eddy learned to care for the sick Indians and never forgot that compassion and love are the key to success.

As a QUAD of 30-years, an independent and self determined individual, I can tell you that Eddy’s strength and perseverance equals none others. His devotion to his family, me included is beyond reproach. One of the finest men I’ve ever had the honor to know and my entire family here in Oregon are in his debt, and they will all tell you, they felt secure in the knowledge that my Attendant Care provided by Eddy for many, many years is fantastic, the most positive man, less myself that ever lived, my friend and brother for Life.

Eddy shut down his construction business, in order to help me so I could accomplish
http://www.uscarrierhistory.com, now nearing 15 years.

Eddy’s Dump Truck and Backhoe setting idle, with the exception of a few community jobs for years for me. As a Contractor, Journeyman Carpenter, Electrician, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning, Plumber, Masonry and a Political Accountant, to name only a few accomplished professions, Eddy is a true Professional and entrepreneur.

To have Eddy on my team is a blessing and when the U. S. Of America ends there collective bickering and comes together to create a U. S. Mexico Guest Program you can bet your last dollar Eddy will be in it because I’ll see to it but until then going through the Labor Board to acquire documentation that no other U.S. Citizen can do Jose’s job for me as I must rely on all Jose’s skills and talents in the performance of his duties.

From February, 4 2008 to Present - In need of a Financial Manager, Jose Heberto has steadily performed his duties outstandingly as my Executive Personal Assistant, Driver, Trouble Shooter, Welding/Fabrication and Electronic repair for my electrical wheelchair and medical equipment, Motor home, Pickup, Speedboat, Tractor, to include maintenance of my residences both in the U. S. and Mexico. As 20% Owner off my books, his Edit oral Reviews are invaluable, Accountant, Electrician, Refrigeration and propane technician for my motor home appliances; Attendant Care Provider accompanied by assistants hired by me and managed by Eddy for different aspects of my 24 hour care program living a healthily life, while living in my second home, in Baja, Mexico off the ocean and Jefferson, Oregon.

Jose also owns a Crematory business for pets in Baja Norte, Mexico.

2013 – Jose became 20% Owner of Energy Quest National Energy Efficient Development Inc. (Oregon Registry Assumed Business Name (ABN). 109829598).

March  23,  2015 – Jose became 20% Owner of Energy Quest & U. S. Aircraft Carrier Deployment History Publications Inc., former Energy Quest National Energy Efficient Development Inc. (Oregon Registry Assumed Business Name (ABN). 109829598) continues.

2014 thru 2015 Jose has been traveling with me to Oregon and Mexico, over seeing tomatoes under Henion and Castrol Farms (Oregon Registry Assumed Business Name (ABN). 109644195) at my residence of 3339 Jefferson Scio Drive SE, Jefferson, Oregon 97352 during the summer until I return to Baja Norte Mexico with Jose, arriving December 2015.

WORK HISTORY

January 1972 to 30 October 1988 – Farming In La Salina. January 1972 to 1 November 1999 – During the time I was employed by the CENTRO DE RECREACION LA SALINA, with duties at the Tourist Resort including being manager, with the responsibility of 12 residences, 4 submersible electrical pumps, transformers, and of all the numerous electrical installations of the resort and up-keep. I farmed 80 acres for several years, owned by the resort but leased by me, and over a period of several years built a house in La Mission and remolded my second home in Tijuana where my family and I live. Also, as aforementioned, I went to school. I was also employed as an electrical technician trainee by Herbert C. Gallen, an Electrical Engineer by profession in skills of all aspects of electrical engineering and owner of CT&F ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS located at Bell Gardens, Ca. and Superior Signal Service Corporation. Furthermore, I became a full time student for an Electrical, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineer.

In September 1994 – Began University level education while remaining the manager of CENTRO DE RECREACION LA SALINA at Subsecretaria De Educacion E Investiigacion Tecnologicas, Direccion General De Centros De Capacitacion; Capacitacion Para El Trabajo Industrial, No. 144, Code No. 02DBT0144C.

September, 28 to November, 25 1994 – Real English.

September 28 1994 to January 21, 1995 – Electrical Installations and Residential Homes.

1994 to March 3, 1995 – English Communication.

1994 to July 7, 1995 – Reconstruction and Repair of Electrical Motors.

1994 to February 2, 1996 – Industrious Electrical Installations.

On 21 February 1996, Herbert C. Gallen’s son, Ramiro A. Valdez, CEO of C.T.F. Inc., expressed, along with his father, interest in hiring me to work for C.T.F. Inc. in the USA, since I had been enrolled in the Subsecretaria De Educacion E Investiigacion Tecnologicas, Direccion General De Centros De Capacitacion; Capacitacion Para El Trabajo Industrial, No. 144, Code No. 02DBT0144C.

In order to submit the proper paper work, I obtained an attorney, Giacomo Behar, 4660 La Jolla Village Dr., San Diego, Ca. 92122, who submitted information to the Employment Development Department / Allen Certification Office, P. O. Box 269070, Sacramento, Ca. 95826-9070 in order to receive a green card. Case No. 61114114 was issued, with the first letter of response from the Employment Development Department / Allen Certification Office to my attorney dated November 18, 1996, noting that they were experiencing a high volume of incoming cases.

July 12, 1996 – Graduated as an Electrician and Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Appliances.

In addition, once I graduated from Subsecretaria De Educacion E Investiigacion Tecnologicas, while still managing the resort, I performed duties as an electrician, refrigeration, and air conditioning for clients, restored a 2200 Massey Ferguson Backhoe, and bought a 1998 Ford 6 yard dump truck, working for clients building roads, foundations, clearing land, and delivering dirt, sand, rock and gravel.

July 10, 1997 – Graduated as a Refrigeration and Air Condition Technician.

On 15 January 1998, the Employment Development Department / Allen Certification Office sent a letter to my attorney stating that they did not receive a complete response by 12/04/97, so my Case No. 61114114 was cancelled.

On 23 March 1998, President William R. Hahn, Superior Signal Service Corporation, owned by Herbert C. Gallen, sent a letter of employment hiring verification so the process could begin anew, enclosing a job description on 4 March 1998; however, by this time I had received the following degrees, so I never replied:

August 8, 1998 – Graduated Repair and Installation of Refrigeration and Air Condition Technician Systems.

January 1972 to 1 November 1999 – Employed by Herbert C. Gallen, owner of CENTRO DE RECREACION LA SALINA, located at kilómetro 73, Carretera, Tijuana-Ensenada, B. C., Mexico (Presently Puerto: Marina de las Salina) – During the time I was employed by the CENTRO DE RECREACION LA SALINA, I farmed 80 acres for several years (owned by the resort, but leased by me) and over a period of several years built a house in La Mission, and remolded my second home in Tijuana where my family and I live. Also, as aforementioned, I went to school.

1 November 1999 to 1 April 2000 – Employed by Bruce Wayne Henion to drive him to Jefferson, Oregon. Once in Jefferson, I helped my employer, who was operating Bruce Wayne Henion Trucking, until 1 April 2000 when relief was found so I could go home to Mexico.

1 April 2000 to 30 November 2002 – As a Contractor and Owner of FABRICACION DE METAL, REFRIGERATION, AIRE CONDICIONADO, ELECTRICIDAD, PLOMERIA CEMENTO, CONTRACTADOR GENERAL, EQUIPO MAQUINARIA PESADA-OPERACIÓN Y TRANSPORTACION, DOMPE, RETRO Y SERVICIOS AUTO TRANSPORTE (JOSE HEBERTO GUITERREZ CASTRO, R.F.C. I constructed several homes for clients, including the construction of a third home I own; as well as operated my restored 2200 Massey Ferguson Backhoe and 1998 Ford 6 yard dump truck, working for clients building roads, foundations, clearing land, and delivering dirt, sand, rock and gravel.

30 November 2002 to 31 January 2003 – I drove Bruce Wayne Henion to Baja, Mexico from Jefferson, Oregon, operating with Bruce Wayne Henion Trucking in delivering a semi truck to Mexico.

31 January 2003 to August 2005 – Self employed, constructing several more homes for clients, including continued construction of my third home off the ocean, performed duties as an electrician, refrigeration and air conditioning for clients, as well as operated my restored 2200 Massey Ferguson Backhoe and 1998 Ford 6 yard dump truck, working for clients building roads, foundations, clearing land, and delivering dirt, sand, rock and gravel.

August 2005 to August 2006 – Employed by Bruce Wayne Henion as an Attendant Care Provider, Driver, and Financial Manager while he was a resident in my third home, in Baja, Mexico.

August 2006 to January 2007 – Self employed, continuing construction of my third home off the ocean, and performed duties as an electrician, refrigeration and air conditioning for clients, as well as operated my 2200 Massey Ferguson Backhoe and 1998 Ford 6 yard dump truck, working for clients clearing land,  and delivering dirt, sand, rock and gravel.

January 2007 – January 2008 – Operator de Oteles de B.C. performing duties as an electrician, refrigeration and air conditioning repairman for six hotels.

February 2008 – May 2014 – Performing duties as an electrician, refrigeration and air conditioning repairman for six hotels.

May 2014 – 21 December 2015 – Traveling with Bruce overseeing his care, working with others at Bruce’s home in Jefferson, Oregon, for short intervals, returning home to Mexico several times for several months. I enjoyed growing tomatoes in the garden.  We drank a lot of smoothies from that big garden I grew.  The ‘Oregon freeze’, as I call it, killed six thousand tomato plants.  The first sign of a purple vine in a plant made me sense the end of the first week in October was too cold.

Within a week they were all dead.  The four thousand tomato plants that survived were harvested, their final picking the last day of September. I had planted six thousand tomato plants a month late in July. You have to plant those tomato plants in early May in the green house, and in the ground by June 1st. We had about 20 tomatoes each on four thousand plants. I made a lot of smoothies for everyone every day, so when the garden begin producing vegetables, I was pretty happen. I gave a lot of vegetables away to Bruce’s care givers and assistants, family and friends.

My time was spent over seeing Bruce’s Care as his Care Manger and Personal Care Attendant in conjunction with three others living in Bruce’s house and one guy in a fifth wheel and working in the garden. Bruce can be pretty creative in choosing how his time is spent with folks who help him in many ways. One lady in the house helped at night watching Bruce, while others would spend time with him during various hours. Bruce was never alone, always with someone or they were close by.

Bruce would often wheel around out side, always asking when the garden will begin producing. I was happy to return home and take Bruce with several of his friends to the La Jolla, San Diego, California Spinal Cord Injury Unit, via the emergency room as it turned out, on the 5th of December 2015.

21 December 2015 to 5 January 2016 – Took Bruce to my Beach House so he could wait for his operations, and Bruce hired his former employees.

6 January 2016 to 25 April 2016 – Returned to College to eventually receive my Electrical Engineer License, working on my beach house, 2200 Massey Ferguson Backhoe and 1998 Ford 6 yard dump truck and over seeing Bruce’s care. Took Bruce to the VA Hospital on 25 April 2016, where he stayed until 6 May 2016. Bruce was going to go back to Oregon after his operations, but his father showed up at the hospital May 6, 2016 and his father and I brought Bruce back to my beach house. Bruce’s next operation will be in August, but it doesn’t look like he can go home until he’s healed up and can hire new care givers and assistants.

6 May to 1 June 2016 – Continuing College to eventually receive my Electrical Engineer License, and law degree, working on my beach house, 2200 Massey Ferguson Backhoe and 1998 Ford 6 yard dump truck and over seeing Bruce’s care.
